Baby Blessing

You'd think there would be a picture with a post this important but things got too hectic. We were just trying to get ourselves out the door and didn't quite get the camera. Brooklyn's blessing was Sunday February 3rd. With all the snow and wind we ended up getting so much drifted snow on our driveway that we couldn't get out (our driveway is about 1/8 mile long). With the help family and neighbors with tractors and backhoes we made it to the blessing. Robert gave her a very sweet blessing and we were so grateful to have so many family members there. Despite the stress from the weather, it turned out to be a beautiful day. It's always wonderful to have a reason to get together.

Smiles

Brooklyn is really starting to smile and notice things. She loves this pig and cow that sings E-I-E-I-O. We all just think she's adorable (even Kenzie)!

Mackenzie loved trying to dance like her cousin Shara. Music, dancing and an audience...what more can you ask for.

Kevin, Kate and Mackenzie playing at Grandma's...Mackenzie can say everyone's names pretty well but for some reason Kevin is "GaGa." He's not amused :)
